IMPORTANT: Bylaws changes must be approved by the full membership.

The board should have the flexibility to create discount programs for memberships for marketing/member recruiting purposes. Currently all dues changes require the approval of the full membership. Rather than remove that restriction, it is proposed to change the restriction that all discount programs must be open to all members.

  VI.5.4 Scholarships
1. The Board may establish a scholarship program and reduce or waive these dues or fees for some members accordingly. 
2. Application to any scholarship programs established shall be open to all members.
