Minutes for the April 15th, 2014 meeting of the Lansing Makers Network Board of Directors

Meeting was called to order at 7:09pm.

C. Raymond gave a treasurer's report.
R. Schott had no items for a secretary's report.
B. Adams gave a president's report.

The board discussed attending the Ann Arbor Mini Maker Faire.

The board discussed a fundraising plan for the new space.

The board discussed modification of the liability waiver and/or membership agreements to account for limited-access members.

• Limited access members will now be required to sign and agree to a membership application.
• Board members will have an opportunity to object to addition of limited access members.

The board discussed upcoming classes and suggestions for new classes.

The board did a debrief on the MSU Hackathon.
