Recognizing that the continual development of our Board of Directors is extremely important to the long-term success of our organizations, the board approves the creation of a $1000 budget line to provide for training, materials, and memberships that will help advance the effectiveness, knowledge and skill of the Board of Directors or Officers, either individually or as a group.

The Executive Director / CEO will create a policy / procedure for the effective use of these funds. It is expected that a 50% match may be required on the part of the director for trainings, and these funds will NOT include any travel or lodging reimbursements.
