-A few quick google searches, limited mostly to a look through [[http://www.cityfeet.com/cont/mi/lansing-industrial-space]], show space as low as $2.00 / square foot / year.  Which works out to $834 / month.  116 Charles is 3,300 square feet, and $810 / month.  There seems to be a LOT of attractive space available at these prices.

-One thing we're not short on is labor.  We've got some of the most skilled volunteers in the Lansing area.  If a space is a little rough, I don't think it should scare us off.  We fix things.  It's what we do.
