-i3 started out with something like 2k square feet, moved quickly to 5k square feet, and is working hard to double to 10k square feet already. ​ I think we should be looking for 5k+ square feet.

-A few quick google searches, limited mostly to a look through [[http://​www.cityfeet.com/​cont/​mi/​lansing-industrial-space]],​ show space as low as $2.00 / square foot / year.  Which works out to $834 / month. ​ 116 Charles is 3,300 square feet, and $810 / month. ​ There seems to be a LOT of attractive space available at these prices.

-One thing we're not short on is labor. ​ We've got some of the most skilled volunteers in the Lansing area.  If a space is a little rough, I don't think it should scare us off.  We fix things. ​ It's what we do.
