==Proposal==

In order to more effectively evaluate and adapt as Lansing Makers Network grows in size and complexity, the board adopts a policy of self-evaluation.  Evaluation shall be completed once per year, before the board's regular December meeting.

==Method==
The board self-assessment will be completed online via Google Forms and administered by the Board President or their designee.   The raw results and summary information will be made available to board members in advance of its December regular meeting for discussion at that meeting.

The evaluation will be largely based on NH Center for Nonprofit's Board Self-Assessment Questionaire ( http://www.nhnonprofits.org/sites/default/files/documents/bsaq/questionnaire.pdf with input solicited from the board of directors regarding any specific areas that should be addressed.
